Briggs wins second race
Neil Briggs, at the helm of Tiki Tak Two, maintained his good season’s form to clinch the second race of the Graham Mander P Class trophy on the Estuary yesterday.
The young Charteris Bay skipper overhauled Mathew Stechman, in Echo, on the last leeward leg to win by 14 sec after trailing him for most of the race.
Jeremy Smith, at the helm of Rip Off, moved into third place on the last downhill run, to finish Bsec behind Stechman. Results:
