Valuations move
Harcourt Valuations has also moved into Deloitte House, leaving the Riccarton branch office where they have been since 1985. Harcourt Valuations, like Harcourts Real Estate, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Harcourts Corporation. Equipped with three valuers and considerable knowledge and experience, their services include land and building, plant and machinery, chattels and business goodwill valuations. The Christchurch staff are Mr Nigel Johnson, the manager, who together
with Mr Barry Williams covers commercial, industrial and residential valuations; and Mr Roger Williams, who handles plant, machinery and chattel valuations. The Christchurch branch is part of a national network, with further offices in Auckland, Palmerston North, Wellington, and Lower Hutt. Harcourt Valuations complements their real estate services — and vice versa. Their new location gives them more accessibility and a higher profile with the inner-city business community.
