A gnome and I

I was walking through the forest one day, And met a gnome, danc-
ing gay. He collected fungi of all
sorts (He didn’t realise he was caught) He bounced on webs And swung on threads Then I moved my foot one step And off he ran into the
wood And I just stared and stared and stood.
