Starline takes Coast Coal
PA Hokitika Unlisted public company, Starline Minerals, Ltd, 74 per cent owned by Como Holdings, has purchased all the shares in Coast Coal, Ltd, and its subsidiaries. Coast Coal has two operat-
ing mines north of Greymouth. The company employs 22 miners and has considerable 1 coal reserves under licence and licence application. The purchase price was met by a combination of a Starline share allotment and cash.
