New scrip for Big Glory
PA Wellington Shareholders in Big Glory Seafords will receive new scrip early next month in line, with the company’s name change to Ceres Pacific, Ltd. Directors said that the books would close on Febru-
ary 3 for the determination of entitlements and the intended date for mailing scrip was February 9. Shares on issue in the name of Big Glory will be exchanged for shares in Ceres’ name, and all Big Glory scrip will be cancelled.
