NZPA-Reuter Ballybunion, Ireland An American golfing fanatic enjoyed playing at Ireland’s Ballybunion course so much that he had his body flown over to be buried as close as he could to the first tee. The remains of Martin McDermott, aged 43, from Los Angeles, were' interred at Killakenny
