’Copter firm upgrade
PA Auckland BH Pacific, Ltd, New Zealand representatives for Bell Helicopter Textron, plans to increase its marketing and support activities.
The dealership organisation, formerly owned by the U.S.-based Textron group but now privately owned and incorporated in New Zealand, is based at South Auckland’s Ardmore Airport. The board includes Auckland businessman John Hall and Major General Robin Williams, former Chief of General Staff.
Mr Grant Steel has been appointed general manager. The Ardmore facility would be upgraded to full Bell customer service facility status to offer comprehensive overhaul and repair services, and spare parts holdings would be doubled, Mr Steel said.
