Telecom terms
Sir, —Telecom Corporation of New Zealand (or their lawyers) are to be congratulated for a magnificent effort. Their public notice (December 30) regarding “Changes to the terms and conditions for dedicated network service” may in fact deal with that subject. Who knows? I for one am no more informed after reading it than before. Is it too late to nominate this dense, recursive, small-print miracle for a special award in the 1987 Gobbledegook Awards?—Yours, etc., R.
