Rape of deaf mute
PA Auckland Two Waiuku men will appear in the District Court in Auckland today in relation to the rape on Christmas Eve of a Pukekohe deaf mute. They entered no plea and
were remanded in custody when they appeared before a justice of the peace in the District Court in Otahuhu on Saturday. The pair, aged 25 and 26, face one charge each of sexual violation by rape.
