Jelly bean princess
This work of art suggests the Princess of Wales must be the sweetest royal in the world! A mosaic made entirely of thousands of jelly beans, it is the work of Californian artist Peter Rocha. Working from a photograph of his subject, he makes a rough sketch, then a watercolour, which he covers with the glue-soaked jelly beans. He uses the full range of 40 flavours to get the right colourful effect.
