The second stage of the Edgewater Resort on the shores of Lake Wanaka has been completed. Edgewater is located on a prime lakefront site adjoining Wanaka, and close to the-skifields at Treble Cone and Cardrona, within easy reach of Queenstown and Coronet Peak. The second stage consists of nine two-bedroom alpine villas next to the hotel. These will be sold as timeshares. Paynter Developments, of Christchurch, was joined by Dunedin-based Monad Ventures in the second stage.
