Restaurant wound up
Spratts Restaurant (1983), Ltd, was ordered to be wound up by Mr Justice Williamson in the High Court yesterday. The petitioning creditor, Aitken Agencies, Ltd, proved a debt for $4252 for catering equipment and materials supplied between December, 1986 and April, 1987.
