Golf stars upset
PA Auckland The lowly rated Australian, Mike Clayton, upset a star studded field to win the Air New Zealand Shell Open pro-am golf tournament at Titlrangi yesterday. Clayton birdied six holes for a six-under-par 64 beating the tournament favourite, Sandy Lyle, of Scotland, Stuart Reese, and M. Akazawa (Japan), all on 66. Reese returned to form after a year away from topline golf. He made yesterday’s draw through the invitation of the sponsors but is not promising big things for the open. Leading scores (N.Z. unless
