Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have responsibility for the administration of the plant laboratory which includes all aspects of quality control, microbiological and chemical analysis, and research and development. Mfe expect that you will possess a Bachelor of Science degree or a similar relevant tertiary qualification. Ideally, your experience will have been gained from within the meat/food processing industry although individuals who have gained at least three years laboratory experience should not be'deterred from applying. In addition, you must be capable of supervising staff and projects, and be willing to accept increasing responsibilities.
