Metana bid
Metana Minerals NL, the gold mine and explorers, has launched a SI2BM unconditional take-over bid for Eastmet, its mineral and oil exploring associate. The all scrip bid will be one Metana share for every five shares in Eastmet Metana bolds 19.8 per cent of Eastmefs capital.
