Onto a leaf the snail she slides. And leaves a silver trail behind. And gardener forgot that poisonous stuff, That makes a snail’s life quite rough. She munches on a yummy leaf, Poor old gardener — ‘good grief.’ Then ba.ck home she shall go, Quite content and oh so slow.
