PARTY!
Party puffballs and floor sweeping skirts set the scene for this festive season. Fabrics rustle in taffeta, satin, and silk. Waists are nipped close and hems hover high or swirl long. Black and white are nighttime favourites. Green and red the Christmas colours and shot silks star as cocktail choices. The puff is everywhere. Mini for the young with flat shoes, and if proportions are properly played it can be for the mature woman as an elegant overskirt ballooning from a sheath dress. The bubble will burst so enter into party mood in full sail — now!
