Public Notices INSTALMENT RATING MOUNT HERBERT COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC notice Is hereby given that at Its ordinary meeting held October 27, 1987 the Mount Herbert County Council resolved by way of Special Order as follows: That the Mount Herbert County Council, pursuant to Section 86A of the Rating Act 1967, hereby resolves that rates within the County of Mount Herbert shall be paid in two Instalments. The Instalments of rates shall be due and payable at an Interval of six months, with each Instalment due and payable on a date to be specified on the rates assessment for that Instalment.
