The Operations Manager heads the Site Management Team and is accountable for the implementation of the approved manufacturing programme for the Tirau site, and overall site performance to meet the Divisional objectives of profitable operation, better than average grades and standards of manufactured product. Applicants should have experience in a manufacturing industry, a proven record of success in staff, production and financial management and be selfstarting with strong, practical problem solving abilities. A minimum of Diploma in Dairy Technology and Dairy Factory Manager’s Registration are required and as a Senior Manager, effective communication skills are essential.
