The Cheese Manager will be responsible for the manufacture and development of our cheese products, currently servicing the United Kingdom, Middle East and local markets. A close working relationship will be maintained with the Cheese Development Technologist to provide technological and services support to the Cheese Development section. Proven maufacturing and management skills are essential requirements for this position and appropriate tertiary qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
