Harrison, counsel for authors of the “Metro” magazine article which sparked the inquiry. Dr McLean said that about six times Dr Green altered histological records. Dr Green had slides sent to his room and examined them. If he disagreed with Dr McLean’s diagnosis he deleted it and inserted his own.
