» Massey University DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIPS THE TWO (2) POSITIONS, which are available in 1988, are suitable for graduates in Sociology who wish to further their studies and work towards a PhD or other graduate degree. Appointments are made for one calendar year and may be renewed for up to two further years. The appointees will be expected to contribute as tutors to the Department's undergraduate programme, Internally and extramurally. The salary is currently $13,000 In the first year of appointment.
