As a member of the senior management team the appointee would be expected to contribute to the strategic thinking and decision making of the Group, as well as establishing formal policy and procedural requirements in key areas. Desirable attributes sought include: • A formal qualification. • Public company experience. • Strong critical thinking ability and well developed leadership skills. • Aged early 30s to mid 40s.
