PA Wellington Ministers answered 23 questions when Parliament resumed at 2 p.m. yesterday. Ministers answered 17 questions. The Speaker declined a request for a snap debate on the sale of Petrocorp shares. Ashley Bent and 2055 others petitioned for legislation to make third party vehicle insurance and other requirements compulsory so as to make it difficult for uninsurable owners of motorvehicles to share the highways with other motorists. The Address-in-Reply debate resumed.
