Kearns 45
Damien Kearns, the Christchurch artist, who plays with The Atomics, has his first single, “The Magic In Me,” out on Reaction Records. However, the single has been a long time coming since Kearns impressed the American record producer, Kim Fowley, with his songwriting back in 1984. The record is almost all Kearns’s work — he played all the instruments for the recording, except for drums.
