Virus hits players
PA Wellington Wellington representative rugby players have been hit by a mystery virus in the final stages of their intense preparations for their tilt at the Ranfurly Shield held by Auckland. The fullback, John Gallagher, the halfback, Neil Sorensen, the flanker, Dirk Williams and the lock, Gerard Wilkinson, were hit by the illness.
