Elders issue
The international issue of shares in Elders Investments, Ltd will be set at SUS3.3O (SNZS.I6) per share, Credit Suisse First Boston, joint global co-ordinator of the offering with Elders Finance Group, said. The exercise price of the warrants will be SUS3.7O (SNZS.7B). The international offer will close on October 14 and trading in the shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is expected to commence on October 19.
