Japan is planning to make a detailed list of communist countries and export items covered by restrictions to help prevent illegal exports of military-related technology, trade officials said. The list of countries is expected to include Afghanistan, Albania, Bulgaria, Cuba, Czechoslovakia, East • Germany, Hungary, North Korea, Mongolia, China, Poland, Rumania, the Soviet Union > and Vietnam. Japan will continue to treat China more leniently on some restricted items, including computers, iin v Pang’s z.ploir relations with WestsE countries. — Tokyo. ;
