The new purchases total IMOOQsq ft and bring the company’s Auckland industrial IwiMing portfolio to 16 buildings totalling 385,6G05q ft, the managing director, Mr David Moriarty, said yesterday. The total Auckland portfolio, including its three city ofsce buildings, is now valued at $BO mtTl inn The company's total New Zealand portfolio is now valued at SM million and represents 20 per cent of its assets.
