Mr Bayliss re-elected
PA Wellington The Wellington economist, Mr Len Bayliss, has been re-elected as a director of the Government Life Insurance Corporation. A Christchurch businessman, Mr Lance Cottam, was the other successful directorship candidate in a recent policy holder ballot.
Four of the six members on the Government Life Board are appointed by the Government, and two are elected by policyholders.
Policy-holder voting for the two elected positions finished on August 17, a Government Life spokesman said. Directors have a threeyear term.
