IBM support
IBM New Zealand, Limited, has recently offered new support to customers through its local service offerings. Customers eligible for software services under local programing support
agreements will now receive local program support free of charge. IBM has also eliminated charges for problem determination assistance when the product suspected to be the cause of a problem is covered by an IBM agreement.
