Agricorp buy
Agricorp Investments, Ltd, is to buy the family interests of Mr T. S. Lowndes and Mr G. S. MacDonald in the Coronet Property Group by issuing about 9 million shares and some cash, the company has told the Stock Exchange. Agricorp directors also announced an agreement with Teiesis Corp to end its management contract with Agricorp on July 31: W. Neill stake Wilson Neill, Ltd, is to buy 24 million shares in Australian food and liquor retailer, Barwon Farmlands, Ltd, for 45c a share to increase its holding from 21.3 per cent to 39.6 per cent.
