Apple crumble
6 granny smith apples y 2 cup of water 2 teaspoons of lemon juice >/ 2 teaspoon of grated lemon rind % cup of flour 1 cup of brown sugar 125 g of butter > 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Method 1. Pre-heat oven to 180 c (350 F 2. Peel, core' and slice apples. 3. Spread apples in pie dish. 4. Sprinkle water, lemon juice, lemon rind and cinnamon over the apples.
5. Put flour and brown sugar in a bowl, chop butter and add. 6. With clean fingers, rub in butter until mixture is smooth and crumbly. 7. Sprinkle crumb mixture oyer the top. 8. Bake for 45 minutes. 9. Serve hot with cream and/or icecream.
