The unlisted Dunedin property and investment company, High Corp, Ltd, has reported an audited tax paid profit of $964,082
for the four months ended March 31, 1987. No taxation is payable.
Gross income was $1,795,762. This figure included unrealised proper& revaluations of $281,091. Rental income
was $468,427 and other
income was $446,244. The company had assets of $21,127,207 and shareholders funds were $12,395,334.
In accordance with stated policy in the prospectus, the directors re-
commended that no dividend be paid. However, a bonus issue of 33 shares for every 1000 heMKis to be made.
