Dorothy HBda. ot ST Rodwood Avenue, Tawa — On July 22, 1987 (peacefully), at Longview Home, Tawa, dearly loved wife of the late Leslie, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Harry and Mary (Sheffield), Sylvia and John Gandy (Tawa), loved Nam of John, Dorothy, Marlon, David, Kathryn, and Joy, and of her eight great-grand-children; in her 84th year. Dear mum, for all the years you were here with us we were truly blessed, with that gentle smile and comforting hand, a reassurance of your tender love, through all our struggles and strife you were there for us. For your unselfishness, we will not forget the times you went without to make life easier. That giving heart that always made us welcome. The peace maker for the pleasure and beauty of your garden and the hard work and effort that we sometimes took for granted. May all your fine qualities and the standards that you set help to strengthen and guide us in the years ahead. Thank you for all the years of happiness we shared. You were a loving mother to us all.
