CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY BYLAW No. 1108 (1987) CEMETERIES THE Christchurch City Council, at an Ordinary Meeting held in the Civic Offices, 163 Tuam Street, Christchurch 1, at 6 p.m. on Monday, the 20th day of July 1987, passed a resolution to make a Bylaw, the title of which will be “The Christchurch City Bylaw No. HOB (1987) — Cemeteries.” The purport of the Bylaw Is to permit funerals to be held on Saturdays and to permit funerals to be held on Sundays and Statutory Holidays at the discretion of the Ttfwn Clerk.
