Mirage date
Mirage Entertainment. Corp, Ltd, has extended the closing date of its share issue from August 3 to August 6. Directors told the Stock Exchange the extension was due to an administrative registration delay in the Auckland Companies Office. Plan approved A merger proposal between McConnell Dowell Corp, Ltd, and Inter Pacific Equity, Ltd, to buy 100 per cent of the shares in New Zealand Steel, Ltd, has been approved by the Commerce Commission. The clearance expired in 12 months, the Commission said.
