Leadenhall appointment

Dr R. S. Deane has been appointed a director of Leadenhall Fund Managers, Ltd, and a trustee of the Leadenhall Charitable Trust.

Monetary Fund in Washington D.C. He holds the qualifications PhD, BCom (Hons), ACA, ACIS and was admitted in 1987 as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. He is also a director of the Institute of Policy Studies and vice president of the NZ Society for the Intellectually Handicapped. The managing director of Leadenhall, Mr P. W. O'Neil, said the appointment of Dr Deane would further strengthen and

broaden the expertise of Leadenhail’s board. The company was now managing funds totalling about $1 billion and Dr Deane’s experience in economics, banking, finance and administration would be invaluable as the company’s growth continued, said Mr O’Neil.
