Soviet boat at Lyttelton
A Soviet-owned fishing boat ordered to port for allegedly fishing in a restricted area arrived at Lyttelton on Saturday. The Dolomit, under charter to Independent Fisheries, Ltd, will be sub-
ject to an inquiry by the Ministry of Fisheries. If the Ministry decided to prosecute, the boat could be seized as evidence and the company have to pay a bond
to recover it. Neither the manager or Independent Fisheries, Mr Charles Shadbolt, nor the managing director, Mr Howard Shadbolt, would comment on the allegations yesterday. W
