The two-year-old sky-blue budgerigar cock that won the best in show award a t the Society of Cage Birds’ annual show in New Brighton yesterday is displayed by the wife oof the society's president Mrs Rose Bremmers. The bird is owned by Mr Lincoln Baldwin and Mrs Fay Baldwin, of Christchurch. Therre were 270 Canaries entered in the show along with 67 other birds including finches and parrots.
