Place your left hand behind your head and your right hand on your left thigh. Bottom: Curl your upper torso from the floor, angling slightly towards your left. Lower your torso slowly to the floor. Do the movements 16 times; then reverse your hand positions and lift your torso to the right side 16 times. Continue by alternating sides.
