Public Notices B ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL LOCAL RECREATION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SCHEME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO RECREATION AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS APPLICATIONS for subsidies, grants and loans under the 1987/1988 Local Recreation and Community Development Scheme are now being called by the Ellesmere County Council. A wide range of Community groups and voluntary organisations concerned with the development of recreation opportunities and community activities are eligible to apply. This could include groups catering for art, craft, sports and cultural Interests.
