Fifty in panto

More than 60 actors, actresses, singers and •dancers of all ages auditioned recently for the Christchurch Theatre Workshop’s October pantomime, “Sinbad.” Nearly 50 have been cast for the show. Brian Brodie, known for his production of “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” last year, will direct the pantomime. John Twinn wrote the script, Tom Campbell is the musical director, and choreography is by Judith Graham. The role of Sinbad will be played by Stephen Taylor.
