Democrat for Maori seat
PA Auckland The New Zealand Democratic Party has announced its second candidate for a Maori seat. Mr Robert Raihania Aramakutu, aged 52, will stand for the party in Southern Maori. Mr
Aramakutu is employed by the Takitimu Trust to market Maori culture and lives in Hastings. He is of Ngati Porou and Whanau Apanui descent and has stood for the party in the last two elections.
