Candidate
Mr Ross Macarthur is the New Zealand Democratic Party’s Marlborough candidate at the General Election. Mr Macarthur, who retired from the Marlborough Catchment Board two years ago as chief soil conservator, was a member of the former Social Credit Party from its inception in 1954.
