Scouts from the Malvern Scout Group, Timothy Chamberlain (left) and David Anderson, scrape the remains of posters from supports under the Moorhouse Avenue traffic bridge over Colombo Street on Saturday. The work was carried out by the scout group with the assistance of Christchurch City Councillors, Carole Evans, David Cox and Ron Wright, for the Keep Christchurch Beautiful Committee. Four new poster bollards were erected under the bridge.
