Divert and Discharge up to 8603 cu m of stormwater runoff per day at a maximum rate of 521 litres per second, to Cemetery Creek near Vickery Street after diversion along Wilson Road, at or about map reference M 35: 818-573 for Improved stormwater disposal In a proposed subdivision. In connection with application 0142 Meadow Estates Ltd. 0142-Meadow Estates Ltd, Parnham Lane, Kaiapoi. Divert and Discharge up to 1483 cu m of stormwater runoff at a maximum rate of 135 litres per second, to Cemetery Creek at the Parnham Road (formerly Cemetery Road), at or about map reference M 35: 817-574 for subdlvlsional purposes and the efficient disposal of stormwater. A section of Cemetery Creek will be filled and replaced by then piped diversion and the diversion in application 0143 Kaiapoi Borough Council. 0145 A-Roper, J. L. and Faulkner, H. Discharge up to 554 cu m per day of stormwater, from roofs and hard standing surfaces associated with proposed 12 lot subdivision, into groundwater at a maximum rate of 58 litres per second. Disposal via soak-holes located south of Fawcetts Road, at or about map reference M 35: 654-700. SUBMISSIONS OR OBJECTIONS: The above applications may <be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner of Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch during office hours. Any body or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice, lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an objection to any application. Every objection shall be on the grounds that the application would prejudice the objector’s interests or the interests of the public generally, and shall be made in writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies. - Every objection'shall, be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof, and shall be accompanied by a $2O deposit.
