“(1) (a) THAT pursuant to sections 15A and 18(l)(a) and 18(l)(c) of the Companies Act 1955 the memorandum of association of the company be, and is hereby altered by omitting clause 3 of the memorandum Including all the objects and powers set out in that clause and substituting the following: ‘3. The company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person, including the powers set out in subsection 15A(1) (a) to (h) of the Companies Act 1955.’ (b) THAT accordingly the present memorandum of association of the company is cancelled and the memorandum of association In the form initialled for the purposes of Identification by the secretary of the company is hereby adopted In its place as the memorandum of association of the company.” DATED this 18th day of June 1987.
