The company has developed an on-line order entry/stock control/invqicing system in enhancing customer service levels, and progressive installation throughout the North Island of hardware and systems will be followed by installation in the south Island branches. The position has been newly created to facilitate the smooth implementation of the system into the South Island branches, and to provide ongoing user support in liaison with corporate Head Office technical and management staff. Key attributes sought in the appointee include: • A sound appreciation of computer system operating principles, and the ability to prepare application systems specifications, user manuals, and training aids and courses. • Strong ability in written and oral communications with the attributes necessary to build positive interpersonal relationships atalllevels. ■ A career motivated person who is able to work autonomously within a supportive environment, and who is seeking responsibility and challenge will find this a most attractive opportunity.
