Dermide off list Dermide Holdings, Ltd, has been removed from the Stock Exchange list after virtual completion of the take-over offer by Finance and Resources, Ltd. Three cleared Argus Corp, Ltd, Aucklandbased property development and investment company, featured in two decisions handed down by the Commerce Commission yesterday. Rainbow Properties, Ltd, has been cleared to buy up to 50 per cent of Argus Corp, and Argus Corp has been cleared to buy up to 100 per cent of Hobson Group. Ltd. The Commerce Commission has also cleared Brierley Investments, Ltd, in its own name or through wholly-owned subsidiaries, to acquire more than 50 per cent of Rainbow Corp, Ltd. .
